ABSTRACT
Reservoir is a water resource infrastructure is functioning multipurpose. However, dams – dams that have been built in Indonesia has experienced problems of eutrophication and has become a serious concern globally. Therefore, the necessary efforts to control the right to know the process and the key parameters that cause eutrophication. Study models include the relationships between water quality parameters, especially dissolved oxygen (DO) and the dynamics of eutrophication. The study results showed that the dissolved oxygen content in the reservoir Ciwaka is 7.53 mg / l have not been polluted status. It can be said that Ciwaka reservoir is not included in the category of eutrophic, but including oligotrofik waters.
